Mosah Fernandez Goodman
Mosah Goodman is passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals. A game-changer in the reverse recruitment space, he launched Top Talent Advocates to provide human capital services to both businesses and individuals. With experience in law, business, and the nonprofit sector, Mosah is uniquely positioned to help executives and attorneys make strategic career moves. He has guided hundreds of clients to opportunities at top-tier companies and law firms nationwide and has presented to the Association of Corporate Counsel, sharing insights on career strategy and talent acquisition. Mosah is also CEO and Co-Founder of Job Lasso. Mosah earned his BA and MALS degrees from Wesleyan University and he earned his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Iowa, where he served as Vice President of the graduate student body.
Lindsay Hofbauer
As an expert in helping executive and legal talent navigate their career search at Top Talent Advocates, Lindsay brings a deep understanding of candidate behavior and recruiter-client dynamics. She specializes in crafting personalized career strategies, developing personal branding plans, refining resumes, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles to help clients stand out in competitive markets. Lindsay is also co-founder of Job Lasso, where she guides operations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.
